I currently work for Nuvolum and I am loving every second of it. Primarily I create WordPress websites and I am in charge of preparing and launching new client sites.

Answering support calls, emailing clients, solving problems, and creating solutions are what I do every day. Most of my day was spent using Zendesk to interact with clients. After my short time with PBHS “a little less than 1 year” I had closed 3304 tickets.

I worked as a Customer Service Agent at Geek Squad for nearly 3 years. After taking positions elsewhere, Best Buy gave me an opportunity to work as an “Occasional Seasonal” employee to work during the busier times of the year.
